Massimo requested a Maori styled tribal armband with hidden inside the pattern the first letters of his family names (M,P,G). Look at the drawing now. The armband is made by repeating the basic pattern which includes the three letters, with some smaller filling patterns as joinings between the letters.

Stylized korus inside this design represent new life, which is exactly what a family means.
