Hi Marco, basically, our armbands can be risized to fit everyone´s arm, just getting thinner or thicker without the need to add elements. BUT, actually, we are glad that you do so, as this way you will use Michele´s armband as a basis for your tattoo without just copying it: this will make it more personal and respect Michele. Tiki means "image"; they are just the faces in the armband, and manaias are the S-shaped creatures (a search on our site for "manaia" will help you spot their shape). Tikis are protection symbols, so having 3 of them won't harm at all! :)
