The sun wraps around the entire shoulder in this Polynesian tattoo
prepared to complete a sleeve designed for Raffaele.
It is shaped by mountains (stability) and it includes several elements:
a central tiki with a lizard (protection and luck),
shark teeth (strength and adaptability), and birds (journey).
On the back of the shoulder there are opposing waves as symbols
of adversities faced, while octopus tentacles and
spearheads symbolize the tenacity and fighting spirit to overcome them,
leading to the Marquesan cross above which stands for balance and harmony.
The fern leaf symbolizes the maturity acquired.
Other elements indicate community (the row of people and braids) and family (the central flax leaves).
