The scorpion has been a revered and feared animal by all the people that came to know it.
In Aztec and Mayan tradition it was associated with fire, due to the burning pain that its sting can cause.
We prepared this small scorpion joining elements from different
Aztec/Mayan carvings for Kip, while the minimal version below is the
outline of an actual Mayan flint scorpion statuette:
